Domino IDs & Certs

This database stores all Lotus Domino user IDs, server IDs and certifier IDs.
It allows you to easily "reset" a user's password.

Ability to "reset" user password back to the one when the account was first created.
Password reset also clear password history.
All password reset is logged.
All read access is logged.
Server IDs and Certifier IDs have their own views.
Allow customer support group read access to general user IDs only.
Allow account creation group editor access.
Ability to restrict access to specific documents to administrators only.
Documents are protected with Reader fields.

Place the database on the Domino server where you wish to store ID files for users etc.
Change the access (ACL) so that Domino administrator group have manager and default access in None.
Enable the option to enforce consistent ACL across all replicas.
Sign the database.
Edit/Create a new Setup document from the Setup view and make changes as desired.
Edit the agent "Reset User Password Instantly".
Set the On Behalf Of to the name of the server (or other account which will have access to change Person documents)
Save the agent.
Enable the agent and set it to run on the server the database resides on.
Ensure that the server has rights to run agents on the server.
Begin populating the database with accounts and ID files.

This database contains calls to Windows API which for obvious reasons will not work on other client platforms.
