Email

Purchasing Products

When you buy one or more of our products, we collect and store a user name or company name to identify who is licensed to use the software as well as the number of users the software is licensed for.

We use PayPal (www.paypal.com.au) for credit card and PayPal payments. The PayPal website handles the entire transaction. We are not provided with your credit card number or PayPal account details.

When you make a payment for one or more products using PayPal we are supplied by PayPal with your name or company name, address, country, email address, IP address which are used to register the software. If provided by you, we also store your telephone number or fax number. Again, we are not provided with your credit card number or PayPal account details.

Using Our Products

None of our products contain spyware or any other device used to collect or disseminate personal information.
Registered products contain your name or company name and the number of users the software is licensed for. No other personal information is contained in the software.

Disclosure, Processing & Retention

No personal information is provided to any other party unless you grant us permission.

Personal information is only kept for the purpose of software purchasing, registration and support.

Website statistics are kept for one year. These statistics by their nature do not contain personal information.
Email correspondence is kept for approximately three months unless the email relates to licensing or support.

Security Safeguards

We will use reasonable efforts to protect personal information against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse or modification, through security safeguards that depend on the level of sensitivity of the information.
